How can I contact you?

You can use our online Contact Form, E-Mail us, and Telephone us or Text us 7 days a week from 9am to 11pm everyday of the year. Whatever service you choose to use we will contact you back on the same day.

What if you cannot see a product you wish to order?

If you require a particular product and we do not stock it or are currently out of stock of it. Please contact us and we will do our best to get that product back in stock for you and also inform you how long it will take to arrive.

Will I have to wait for items on the website?

If the website is displaying the product, it is in stock and it's okay to order. If the item is out of stock the website will display out of stock, if we are no longer able to get an item into stock we will remove the advert from the website totally.

What is the postage procedure?

Once we have received your order form from the website system, we will proceed to process your order in line with the time the order came through. We always use the Royal Mail 1st class postage service. However, during your order procedure you can choose various other methods to post your order like Signed For Special Delivery 9am or 1pm Next Day Delivery, which insures your parcel and guarantees next day delivery that has to be signed for by someone at your address.

If I am not sure about a product and whether it's suitable for me, my act or skill level?

We advise you to give Gary a telephone call, text or e-mail him and he will give you genuine honest advice on what product or products that will be best for you upon the information you tell him. That way you can state what you are interested in and Gary can tell you what else is similar in function or outcome like various Card to Wallets. Rope Routines, Changing Card Cases and so on.....

How do I Log In and what if I forget my Details?

When you first order with Magician FX, you will be asked to fill out a short form with your delivery home address and contact details. These details are only used for your order, so we can post your order to the correct address provided to us, none of your information is used or shared in anyway, it is fully confidential to your order. If you forget your Login details, contact Gary and he will advise you how to login again, however we are never aware of your Password so it is important to save that.

Can I order from an Overseas Country?

Before ordering from oversees, please contact us at Magician FX, so we can inform you regarding the Postage cost changes and if we deliver to your particular Country. On the whole it should not be a Problem to order with us but please check with us before you undertake an order.

How can I pay for my order?

We use a Secure Pay Pal System via a shopping cart system. This allows you to use any major Debit, Credit Cards or Funds in your Pay Pal account. We also accept orders via post which can be paid by Cheque or Postal Order, Made Payable to Gary Bryson. We advise you NOT to send Cash through the post unless you use Bank Notes and use a secure postal service such as Next Day Delivery Signed For 9am or 1pm. If you order this way, please state your full order and include contact details and delivery address to send your order to.

What if I am not sure about certain things?
