Educational School Awareness Talks

Each in School or Community Educational talks are developed with Individual Lesson Plans, Scheme of Works and can be tailored to fit in with relevant Curriculum based topics and delivered in many different ways to cater for all types of learning styles and differentiation.

Healthy Living and Keeping Active
Promoting healthy lifestyles for people in England and Wales is an important governmental responsibility. Department of Health runs initiatives to help people quit smoking, eat better and exercise more, as well as health screening projects and training and skills programmes.

Drug and Alcohol Misuse
The Department of Health is the lead Government department for drug treatment policy, guidance and funding. The Department also helps deliver Government campaigns on drugs, such as FRANK and sponsors the National Treatment Agency, a special health authority (created by the Government in 2001) with responsibility for the effective delivery of drug treatment services.
It is vital that action is taken to improve the health of those who regularly drink above the recommended daily limits for lower risk drinking and to protect those whose health and well-being suffer because of the drinking of others.

Environmental Issues
The Young People's Trust for the Environment is a charity which aims to encourage young people's understanding of the environment and the need for sustainability. With climate change being such a big issue for us all, there has probably never been a more important time for environmental education. The next generation is going to inherit a huge array of environmental challenges, so it is vital that they are equipped with the knowledge they need to look after the planet for the future.
