Firstly, all oversees customers outside of UK mainland please ring and contact Gary to ask how much the cost of the Global postal costs will be. This before ordering any products from the website, the current website postal charges only apply to UK mainland customers only !
All items will be checked in detail before dispatch. This is to ensure they are not damaged and are in fit working order. They will then be safely packaged by hand with great care and attention by experienced Magician FX staff members.
All parcels and packages will be posted 1st Class Royal Mail or 1st Class DHL which is 1-2 working days transit on average.
On the checkout section of payment, you will have the option to request to pay an additional £5.50 over and above the standard postage charges to have your parcel sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This Insures your parcel from Loss or Damage and enables us to track your parcel to your door. Magician FX will always get proof of postage on all non insured parcels but do not except any liabilty for losses or damage that occur in the postal system. Only a few items ever get damaged or lost in the postal system but it does happen on very rare occasions. Also, please take into account all UK Public Holidays, as they do have an effect on the times and the quality of the UK postage system throughout those periods. If in doubt of delivery times, please order early to ensure your items arrive in good time.
If a sealed item is found to be faulty in your parcel, you must inform us in writing in an e-mail on the day of receiving the parcel and arrange to send all parts of the items as you found them and send them back to us at Magician FX address stated below. A Like for Like item will replace the faulty item subject to stock levels.
Due to the secrets of DVDs and Books contained within them NO Credit Notes will be issued on DVDs or Books, due to the fact that a Book can be Photocopied and DVDs can be also copied. As stated above if you found that the item is faulty on receiving them a Like for Like item will be issued.
The concept, idea,secret, developing time and money a Magic Inventor has spent on developing a Magic Trick, DVD or Book has to be taken into account. Magician FX respects all of those facts and will protect Magic inventors livelihoods and only replace Magic Tricks, DVDs and Books as stated above.
Please note all orders of £40.00 and Over will be sent out Post Free but if you wish your parcel to be fully insured, please pay at the checkout and request the service quoted above. Otherwise the above normal postage charges will apply to your total and final amounts:
All orders from £2.00 to £10.00 add £1.50 postage.
All orders from £11.00 to £20.00 add £2.50 postage.
All orders from £21.00 to £30.00 add £3.50 postage.
All orders from £31.00 to £39.00 add £4.50 postage
All orders over £40.00 are sent Post Free.
